Oh, and I had to look up on my phone how to eat Edamame whilst in Wagamama. They come out in a bowl, still in the pods with seasoning, so I assume you just eat the whole thing like mange tous.
Turns out you don’t eat the pod and beans… you gotta pop em out.
Hopefully nobody saw me stick a whole one in my mouth and then have to remove the chewed up pod because it was too stringy. Like a stringy green bean :(

Our hope is that, through people like Philip sharing their stories, we can break our fear of facing and accepting death, which will help us continue working towards ensuring that everyone has dignity and the best possible care when the time comes.

His strength is inspiring. He is so accepting and at peace with the fact his life will come to an end in a matter of weeks.
